About VIC PILING

Specialist Victorian piling. Owner-operated. Engineered end to end.

Our story

A piling contractor built to do the hard work properly.

VIC PILING was founded in 2016 with a simple proposition: own the rigs, employ the crew, hire the engineers, and stop being the bottleneck on heavy construction programs. From a single rig out of Keysborough we now run a heavy fleet across Melbourne and regional Victoria — with the engineering and logistics capability to mobilise interstate for the specialist projects that call for our tooling.

Our work focuses on the harder end of the spectrum — bored piers from 300 mm up to 2,100 mm diameter, drilled to 40 metres, socketed into basalt and granite where the geotech demands it. Steel screw piles to 1,050 mm diameter and 45 metres deep. Sleeve piling, sheet piling and engineered retention for the projects most contractors call us to bail them out of.

We don't sub the work out and we don't pretend to do things we can't. We pick up the phone, we turn up when we said, and the cert pack lands the day we finish.

What we won't budge on

  • 01Engineer-signed everything. If it's in the ground, it's on a cert.
  • 02On the job when we said. Programs don't move around us.
  • 03Answer the phone. Site supervisors don't have time to chase subbies.
  • 04Quote what we'll invoice. The price on the quote is the price on the invoice.

Meet the team

The people who run the rigs, the engineering and the program.

Portrait of Bish Dawadi, Principal Engineer · Director at VIC PILING
Bish Dawadi
Principal Engineer · Director
B.Eng (Civil), MIEAust

Bish is the Principal Engineer and a Director of VIC PILING. He leads pile design, AS 2159 compliance and the certification pipeline end to end — drawings, calcs and post-install certs, packaged the way principal contractors actually want them. If a pile is in the ground, Bish has stood over the design.

30+ years civil piling

Craig runs install crews across metro Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate mobilisations. Owner-operator background, civil and infrastructure focus, and the foreman builders actually want standing next to their slab on pour day.

Senior Estimator
25+ years tier-1 estimating

Graham reads geotech reports for breakfast. Handles tier-1 estimating, prices the tricky bored-pier and rock-socket work, and writes quotes that don't move once you're under contract.

Director
Founder · 40+ years in the ground

George has been in the ground across Victoria for decades. Walks every major job, picks the rigs and signs off the program. If the rig is on site, George knows the ground underneath it.
