Services
Six piling disciplines. One specialist crew.
From a 2.1 m rock-socketed bored pier under a freeway bridge, to 6,000 torque-verified screw piles under a solar farm — every system, designed, installed and certified in-house.
Not sure which system?
Send us the soil report and loadings. Our engineers will come back with the right system — or two options with a pros-and-cons letter — usually within 24 hours.
Bored Piling
Heavy concrete piers drilled into the ground, reinforced and poured in place. The workhorse of civil and commercial piling. When loads are high, or the geotech calls for rock socket, this is the system.
- Diameter range
- 300 – 2,100 mm
- Depth capability
- Up to 40 m
Screw Piling
Steel shafts with helical plates rotated into the ground by a torque rig. Verified on installation, ready to load the same day — no concrete, no curing, no spoil. The right answer when speed, cleanliness or tight access matter.
- Helix diameter
- Up to 1,050 mm
- Depth capability
- Up to 45 m
Sleeve Piling
A bored pile installed inside a steel casing. The sleeve protects the concrete from collapsing, saturated or contaminated ground so the pile can be formed to full design depth — the engineering answer when an open bore simply won't work.
- Or temporary casing
- Permanent
- Through any profile
- Soft to rock
Sheet Piling
Interlocking steel sheets driven into the ground to form a continuous earth- or water-retaining wall. The backbone of cofferdams, basement shoring and infrastructure retention.
- Standard sheet length
- 12 m+
- Quietest method first
- Press / vibro
Retention Systems
Bored or driven piles arranged along a retaining line, with infill panels, shotcrete or contiguous spacing. Where a slab, basement or road corridor meets a change in ground level, this is the system that keeps the earth on the right side of the line.
- By chartered engineers
- Designed
- Wall heights installed
- 12 m+
Engineering & Compliance
Every pile we install is designed, checked and certified by our in-house chartered engineering team. We also take on pure design, peer review and post-install certification work for other contractors.
