A new medical centre development in Bendigo required 240 steel screw piles to support a single-storey clinical building, with the slab program keyed off the piling completion date.
We mobilised a single torque rig and put the full schedule of piles in the ground over six working days. Each pile was hot-dip galvanised for the building’s 50-year design life, and torque verification was captured per pile.
A chartered-engineer certification pack was issued the day after our final shift, and the slab crew started the following Monday on program.
